Foxy the Silver Fox

The Captain of the Foxy Pirates. Foxy was inquired into the Icons of Chaos thanks to an unfortunate fumble during a Davy Back Fight against Wilhelm. While his overall intelligence is as high as he is handsome by any standard. He is an unironic genius when it comes to trickery. Combined with Wilhelm's mentoring, Foxy can be considered a near-legitimate threat when faced by himself.

Much like the other Icons, Wilhelm is the main person they would have any kind of friendship with. While he is still fairly upset about his loss, he still considers Wilhelm one of his best (and only) friends.
